Cannot get the right product ordered also the replacement either takes a lot of time or no replacement is done. My real experiences are as under: 1)I purchased a papa dam for Rs.30/-but received papa dam worth Rs.20/- (so I lost Rs 10/- over there) 2) ordered fruity rusk but received milk rusk 3) ordered Milk bread but received normal bread. 4) ordered corn mixture but received other mixture (Note the product delivered differs from what is ordered). Hope these will be solved by Dialyboxteam

I'm one of the earliest customers of Daily Box. Earlier they were perfect in delivery. Now huge delay is happening in delivery. If any product is not there it must be informed to the customers. They are not doing it. It's not fair. Make the delivery timely, If not what's the use of the Online delivery.

Fruits and vegetables delivered is not up to the mark, received unripened pineapple and old stock sweet potato ....other grocery (packed food) items are fine. Will never order fruits and veggies ...if you guys couldn't find new stock please cancel the product instead of delivering old stock items especially veggies and fruits which should be fresh ...
