This is a poor delivery system wherein they contradicts themselves. On one had they say that no order will be made after 9pm but even if you make changes after that, it accepts. I received milk and dairy products which was cancelled. There is no refund process and WhatsApp chat support is so inhumane that they don't know how to treat clients even though if they are female. This is a system which only knows how to take money but doesn't know about refund.
