What is Meine DAK? "Meine DAK" is your protected area where you can quickly and easily handle your matters, either via app or on the web. The app is also your personal key for a secure login on the web – you always need it for two-factor authentication. We thus ensure that your health data is well protected.

Who can use the DAK App? The DAK App can be used by all insured persons aged 15 or over, provided they have a health card and a smartphone with the current operating system (Android 10 or higher). The smartphone must also be protected by a display lock, for example by biometric recognition.

Need a language option! I struggle to use the app as there is no option in the settings to use English or French or any other language! This should be a common settings option for apps in Europe

Would really like it if only the app would be in English language as well...as long as the expats have to pay medical insurance regardless their income, I think it would be nice to make it easier for those who can't speak Deutsche.

Service is fine, but then they log you out of the app, and you need to find the 15 numbers this app seems to require for some weirdly paranoid login step. Just use an authentication app like a normal service. Insane.

Messaging is so user unfriendly. Everything is PDF and even if the text is written there ist also attached as PDF, but the answer is in another PDF, so you loose time switching between PDF, using disk space and network for nothing. Did you have any ui team at all?

The app is sucks. I can't log in, and I can't create a new profile. I tried to reset the password, but it doesn't work as I don't receive the email from the app to change the password. I mean, DAK can just hair a UX designer to enhance the app, but no, it's still the same problem since one year, which makes me think of changing the whole insurance company.
