Need a language option! I struggle to use the app as there is no option in the settings to use English or French or any other language! This should be a common settings option for apps in Europe

Would really like it if only the app would be in English language as well...as long as the expats have to pay medical insurance regardless their income, I think it would be nice to make it easier for those who can't speak Deutsche.

Messaging is so user unfriendly. Everything is PDF and even if the text is written there ist also attached as PDF, but the answer is in another PDF, so you loose time switching between PDF, using disk space and network for nothing. Did you have any ui team at all?

Too many unnecessary complications, the last time I checked, DAK isn't a financial institution. I saw no need for this much complication. Just get us the customers a simple and use able application, devoid of too many complications that humans can interact with. Well just uninstalled all three applications together, I have had enough.

Security features really complicated, unnecessarily so. Why do I have to remember a password and a six digit App code? Have you heard of properly implemented two-step authentication? If you don't remember the app code all you can do is reset everything and wait for the "messenger on a horse back" from the Post to deliver you a paper with some login details that you skillfully have to input (or you have to do it all over again...reset, "messenger on the horseback" brings you paper.) Ridiculous.
