I’ve been using DakPay for a while now and I’m impressed by its stability. The registration process was smooth, and linking my bank account took just a few seconds. The interface is clean and doesn't feel cluttered like other payment apps. Scan & Pay works perfectly at local shops. Great job by the Department of Posts

Unable to pay, Dakpay UPI app has bugs. During the payment after inserting the pin the next screen does not appear. In customer care the executives suggests go to the post office because the Dakpay app is not concerned with IPPB. I made three calls to CC, but every executive held the line and the reply was the same as this IPPB not for Dakpay.

I have an account since last 4 years and still I am not able to use this Dak UPI, Whenever I try to register, It Shows Upi Onboarding is currently restricted on this device, Please fix this issue and resolve this Soon as possible

Post Bank apps like DakPay are a nightmare. Correct PIN shows wrong, random VNM errors pop up, app crashes constantly, and after 2–3 tries it blocks with “limit exceeded.” In the name of security, you’ve made basic transactions impossible. We trust Post, but these apps break that trust every time. Please fix the basics instead of wasting users’ time.
