I will provide only one star m even this is also not worth. Why charging for three months once 59 rs. And yearly subscription near 120 rs per year. Why middle class people need to suffer. Leave the high class people rich affluence and leave the politicians nd mnc company owners. Actually see. Provide this app on free of cost make user-friendly while installing the can provide OTP considered ok. But for each and every transaction otp required mean it doesn't need IT team consider this

Unable to register for merchant. Not a merchant friendly app. Tried to signup which is not happening. Clicked on NEW USER ACTIVATION which is asking for customer ID.

Not at all user-friendly........always server problem & frequently says MPIN expired set new MPIN, this is really irritating. Over all not happy with ippb mobile app
