I like this app 🍁 The download speed is fast and overall performance feels smooth and stable most of the time. But there is still a syncing issue. When you stop an entry it takes a few seconds to respond and extra time gets added. Thanks to the developers for the improvements. This issue happens when you open the app, start, stop, or edit an entry, which feels annoying. Also, during syncing the app becomes unresponsive, and you cannot use it until it is done 😘

Kyc nahi ho pa rahi. Customer care ko call karte hi AI assistant baat karta hai jo problem ko solve hi nahi kar pa raha hai. 1 week se kisi human customer care se baat hi nahi ho rahi. Paytm ko samjhna chahiye ki AI abhi sari problems solve nahi kar skta hai. Humans ka costing cutting karke aap problems aur increase kar rahe hai. Daily ticket raise kar dete hain problems solve hoti nahi hai. Worst experience

Very disappointing experience with Paytm Business. Rental charges were increased without clear prior notice. Customer support assured me that my rental would be waived and my full settlement processed, but the amount was still deducted. Multiple complaints, yet no proper resolution. Poor customer service and broken commitments.

I have been using this app for 2-3yrs one of their agents installed the sound box & said it was free for a lifetime. But in a few months they started deducting charges of 95 then it got raised to ₹125. A few months back I was notified that my rental plans can be changed with only ₹24 monthly charges for sim at first they did the same from next month they started charging ₹137. It was all a scam & their service is also pathetic there is no one to take the responsibility.
