Very disappointing customer service from Google Pay. Our business Sound Box stopped working, so we contacted customer care for help. We clearly explained that the business partner does not understand English well, but the representative was rude and impatient instead of trying to communicate properly. The issue is not the language options; the issue is the disrespectful attitude. We were genuinely seeking help, but the customer service was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
