This app is great but lacks a critical feature to see monthly income,half-yearly income and annual income with custom dates .this feature already exist in phone pay business app so better if googel adds it as well ....it will be really helpful .one star is less only for that feature!

Subject: Urgent: Incorrect Business Name and PAN Owner Name Displayed to Customers Dear Google Pay Business Support Team, I am writing to raise a serious issue regarding my Google Pay Business account. Currently, when my customers try to make a payment, the app displays a completely wrong person's name instead of my registered Business Name and PAN cardholder name. This is causing huge confusion and a lack of trust among my customers.

Very disappointing service. The agent who came to activate my Google Pay Business account insisted I take a Sound Pod and assured me there would be no charges. The very next day, I was charged. I suspect the agent misled me just to meet his sales target, as he stopped answering my calls afterward. Customer support was also unable to resolve the issue. This has been a very poor and misleading experience.
