I was provided 3 account to send money into for the use of the app, but I only saved 1, so when I want to do data on your app I send the money first since I've saved the bank account on my phone I send the money directly nd later check the account the amount paid would have been there. Today I did the same thing nd on getting to the app nd refreshed it and there is no money in it, I later found out that the account I use to send the money is down please what does it mean? How do I recover my money

This keeps on happening more often now, after funding my account and I try to log in to purchase data, but it would keep on popping up internet is not connected, av tried it on another person phone to with different network provider, it still happens, after so many attempts and delayed time it would now later open. Have read through this app review it seems am not the only one dat falls into the victim of these incidents. Pls work on this login access.

I mistakenly transfer money to my Dan top up wallet, I texted the customer service, and I wasn't given a reply till this moment. The customer service is so poor, and I'm going to tell all my friends and family using this app not to use it again
