I will not advise anybody to download the app. There customer service is soo bad, after funding my wallet I tried buying data my money was deducted without being credited my data, I tried reaching out to them on WhatsApp no reply at all-in-one of their WhatsApp contacts while the second contact that replied have not done anything to solve my problem. I am starting to believe they are a scam, save yourself the stress of losing your money.

When resetting password my encounter with them was really bad imagine u have 50mb left, and you want to quickly sub then u forgot your password resetting it should be your first thought you have to wait more than 40 minutes to even see a message or a link for u to resetting your password its awful............

I was watching Arewa24 today 30/08/2025 when I saw an advert DECEPTIVELY saying 1 Gig MTN Data is #200/250... I immediately downloaded it from the Google Play store... But unfortunately the MTN 1 Gig data is #600 Haba, just mentioned the Real Price no need for DECEIVING unsuspecting Customers to WASTE their DATA. Mtsssssswwww

This app is a scam, 24/7 customer care WhatsApp number is shite and not responsive talk less of email and what not. I bought an electricity token, but I was debited and the token is Null and up till no response no refund no token. This is actually a scam for real please avoid it by all means.
