This service is really helpful. However, there are a lot of commuters not paying the fare which is not fair to people paying it. Please make a check point from the first trip up to the last trip of your bus. Specially number 16 bus from bath to tuwaiq. From 5:20 am trip, going to 601 bus stop. A lot of other nationalities are using your service without payment.

An incredibly buggy app. When the app works, its service is very reliable. Professional and reliable drivers. The has deducted money from my account multiple times with trips not showing up yet a ticket is issued or at times the trip would show up later but at the wrong time. There is no refund process, everything requires you to call the call center whom are unable to help with any query. I really wish the app would be fixed as the service is really necessary. Please
