What is the purpose of making the system online if applications still remain pending with the SO Arm for around 60 days? If the system is not actually being used or is not available online in practice, then what is the benefit of making it automatic or online? There seems to be no advantage when applications are not processed on time.

Hello sir my relative name is Ismail. He is using dastak app his date of birth is 01/01/1982 which was put by him correctly but now in dastak app it shows 31/12/1981. His CNIC issue date is 18/02/2020 but in dastak app it shows 17/02/2020. His CNIC expire date is 18/02/2030 but in dastak app it shows 17/02/2030. So every date which you put in dastak app it shows by 1 day back so what's the problem in the app please consider it and solve the problem. Thank you

Overall good. Need more improvement. One thing must add please. Vehicle license online renewal. I am from Punjab and I have kpk license which will expire next month. I don't have much money or time to go there for renewing my license. Please add renewal option as Punjab started all.

I am unable to submit an application for my expired driving license. It was motor car+jeep/ motorcycle license. It has expired in 2023, and I tried to submit my application on dastak, but they record not found. Actually there is no option of motorcycle/ motor car+ jeep option.
