We appreciate the effort put into developing the app; it is functioning well overall. However, a few issues need to be addressed: There is no option to drop a complaint. There is no input field for entering an address. There is no option to reply when a complaint is reopened. Kindly consider adding these features.

I am trying to submit a complaint using this app, but when I select my district as "Kurram," the Tehsils do not appear. This makes it impossible for residents of Kurram to submit complaints correctly. Kindly update the app to include all Tehsils for Kurram District.

1. There is no option to drop a complaint from the complainant 2. Whenever a complaint is resolved or dropped from the authority. The app shows no record of that complaint
