★★☆☆☆ App is consistently awful with oops there's a problem coming up all the time. I'm currently away on holiday in a country where there is no David Lloyd Club and have just been told they restrict its use if there is no club in that country. I now can't use the app at all and can't book any classes until I get home. Pointless having the app abroad and useless app at home a lot of the time anyway. Considering the cash we shell out to the DL each month, they should do better.

★★☆☆☆ The app unfortunately has way too many faults for android users, almost every five seconds I get another error message, usually around payments for reformer Pilates classes and food section of the app. I can never finish a food order on the app, so I never get any rewards despite using my membership card when ordering at the till. Please finally make some improvements to the app and start using the loyalty scheme when ordering at the till! Thank you!
