Glitches all the time! Constantly stalling when trying to book classes as they open. There is a current update/bug which is only allowing me to book 8 days in advance rather than the 9 that I pay for, meaning I have been unable to book the kids clubs and crèche sessions that I wanted to (they book up within a minute) - therefore I am unable to use the gym at all over this period due to lack of childcare on these days! Bitterly disappointed - given the extortionate cost of a membership.

I tried to book a tennis court this am for Oct 12th, but the app wasn't working very well, and sadly I couldn't get the right court at the right time. I therefore came to the club in person. Chloe and Ty were both on reception and managed to change the court to the right time and a quieter court. They were both very helpful. Thanks.

Doesn't support the Membership Card on Google Wallet on a Pixel Watch. Chat function should be seamless, I'm logged in therefore you have all the information about me rather than having to fill it in. Very poor customer service through the app and no phone number.

This app is currently rubbish and is preventing me from getting value from my membership! It feels like 99% of the time I try to use it I get an error message ("Oops something went wrong") or it says it's too busy and to try later. On the rare occasion I do get in, it often freezes, so I can't complete my booking. I've been a member for nearly 2 years & it used to be ok but has been really bad for the last 2 months. I'm getting really frustrated as I really want to book classes and can't. Grrr!
