The classes I sign up for never appear on my schedule. I have to log into the website to see if I get into a class off the waitlist.

Difficult to get into classes, especially beginners just starting out. They operate on a wait list for just about all evening classes. This means you must book weeks in advance. And it means that if your schedule changes, you will not be able to simply switch to another day that week - they don't give your credit back without calling to ask for an exception if you didn't cancel with more than 24 hours notice. And it's unlikely you would be able to get in another class - wait lists are long!

When the app gets disconnected you have to uninstall and reinstall to reconnect and sign back in. No option to search for class by type of class. C'mon bring this app and it's options up to the next level.
