all the membership options disappeared when I tried to check out except unlimited and single pass. What the heck. I'm going to my studio tomorrow for class to find out what the hell happened and if the 8 class per month or 10 pack class options aren't available, I will never go back to pure barre again. Hoping it is an app problem.

One of the worst apps! Was this someone's high school project? Always logs me out and the constantly and shows zero classes. This review is for the app only. I LOVE PB.

The app is very buggy overall, but I am most frustrated that every screen I try to switch to, it says the covid waiver needs to be accepted but then says an error occurs, and it won't go through. This makes it more complicated to use the app. I also do not appreciate that there's no email preferences to select what I do and do not want emails about. The emails cannot be unsubscribed from as the link in the email, as it is restricted and marked as suspicious.
