What a great concept. I first started going to Stretch Lab Anderson for mobility issues and sciatica pain. I took advantage of the half price on the 50 minutes time. When I arrived I could hardly stand up straight and the arthritic pain was excruciating. Delilah asked what hurts and went right to work. Halfway through my visit I was already starting to feel better and by the end of session, I walked out of their feeling great. I highly recommend Stretch Lab for anything physical issues

I experienced a TIA stroke in April 2023. I went to my first session at Stretch Lab in July 2024. I'm so humbly grateful and blessed to be a holistically healthier than I've been since the TIA stroke.
1) Does not show you availability of all flexologists so unless your book in the studio with the front desk availability is lower on the app than actual, 2) credits roll over month to month but the app will not let you book using Billing Month 1 credits at a future date if it falls in billing Month 2 until they roll over, 3) you have logged off the app, register new account, log into other gyms account just to see their availability, but cannot use credits in the app from your other gym via the app.

The app is terrible. It constantly kicks you out. I have to log back in almost every time I open the app. It's really annoying.

Stretch lab is great. The app needs work. The app is problematic right out of the gate. You can't reschedule appointments in it, you have to cancel existing and rebook. You need to have credits available to do that though, so if you've booked all your appointments and your credits are 0 then it won't let you. You have to wait for the app to update I assume before it shows and your appointment you wanted might be gone by the time you can book. The reward system is US only so maybe don't show it?
