Comments on DayBand for Android

★★★★★ Rosina Deredita · Feb 14, 2026

My watch works great, but I can't use it anymore because my watch band broke, and I don't have another one to replace it. Don't know how to contact customer service to get new watchband.

★★★★☆ Lonnie McCombs · Mar 23, 2026

Can't log in. I've created an account, but it never allows me to log in, I get a message back in Chinese or what ever language it is even though I have selected English. The app works fine for recording steps, heart rate & bp.

★★★★☆ Camille A · Dec 10, 2025

I use this because I don't want any more companies tracking my life activities. Seems to work fine, but it won't let me log in. I set a password, but then when I go to log in, I just get an error in Chinese! Update: I realized I needed to scroll down and agree to the user agreement! It was kinda hidden. I am logged in now!

★☆☆☆☆ J Renee · Nov 18, 2025

It's stressful. Not sure if the right device connected. Can't connect to device. Can't set up email and password. I'm uninstalling this app

★☆☆☆☆ Julie Delfosse · Jan 29, 2026

I can't register because it asks for Captcha and I can't get it. I can't register, so this watch is junk!! This app and watch are not worth getting frustrated over. Such a waste of money and time trying to set up.

★☆☆☆☆ Dale Thompson · Jun 5, 2026

I read the reviews I thought I would try it anyway what a mistake frustrating will not work.\n Don't even try it. Complete waste of time and effort.

★☆☆☆☆ Shirlee Bethel · Jun 9, 2026

My day band is useless because I can't get into the app. It keeps saying to check the agreement, and there is no agreement on it. Until you register and I can't register. Because I haven't looked at the agreement which is not an anywhere
