Can't log in. I've created an account, but it never allows me to log in, I get a message back in Chinese or what ever language it is even though I have selected English. The app works fine for recording steps, heart rate & bp.

My watch works great, but I can't use it anymore because my watch band broke, and I don't have another one to replace it. Don't know how to contact customer service to get new watchband.

I use this because I don't want any more companies tracking my life activities. Seems to work fine, but it won't let me log in. I set a password, but then when I go to log in, I just get an error in Chinese! Update: I realized I needed to scroll down and agree to the user agreement! It was kinda hidden. I am logged in now!

This software is not any good! I've actually put in four to five different emails to log in and all of them come up and give me a message in Chinese! Now this software has nice features, but they all don't work the way they're supposed! I purchased a vital fit track watch for The sole purpose to inform my doctor but progress because I have PTSD! Many people have complained about your software! Now I'm making a demand. I want what I paid for. I want you to fix this software ASAP!

App worked great for a while. But now it stop at 15 seconds when trying to continuously track heart rate and doesn't even track heart rate now. POS. Watch is great, app not even close

Wow I should have read the reviews before purchasing this device. Because I never would have purchased it. This thing was the #1 rated fitness device. Who did you pay off to get that rating??? Same issues as other reviewers. Can't even register/login. Glad I didn't pay full price....

The band was extremely hard to remove in order to charge this. Also in setting up the Info the instructions are horrible not giving you any info on where to hold down these 3 second holds but even worse is trying to register this thing. I ask for you to put something in the "Catcha" space but does not explain what this is. I'm not young but I'm not new to electronic registrations, with is that? I can only hope for a refund on my money because this is horrible!
