My watch works great, but I can't use it anymore because my watch band broke, and I don't have another one to replace it. Don't know how to contact customer service to get new watchband.

Can't log in. I've created an account, but it never allows me to log in, I get a message back in Chinese or what ever language it is even though I have selected English. The app works fine for recording steps, heart rate & bp.

I use this because I don't want any more companies tracking my life activities. Seems to work fine, but it won't let me log in. I set a password, but then when I go to log in, I just get an error in Chinese! Update: I realized I needed to scroll down and agree to the user agreement! It was kinda hidden. I am logged in now!

I can't register because it asks for Captcha and I can't get it. I can't register, so this watch is junk!! This app and watch are not worth getting frustrated over. Such a waste of money and time trying to set up.

My day band is useless because I can't get into the app. It keeps saying to check the agreement, and there is no agreement on it. Until you register and I can't register. Because I haven't looked at the agreement which is not an anywhere
