I use this because I don't want any more companies tracking my life activities. Seems to work fine, but it won't let me log in. I set a password, but then when I go to log in, I just get an error in Chinese! Update: I realized I needed to scroll down and agree to the user agreement! It was kinda hidden. I am logged in now!

Can't log in. I've created an account, but it never allows me to log in, I get a message back in Chinese or what ever language it is even though I have selected English. The app works fine for recording steps, heart rate & bp.

My watch works great, but I can't use it anymore because my watch band broke, and I don't have another one to replace it. Don't know how to contact customer service to get new watchband.

Can't connect band to phone, hard to understand the user manual. .wish I never had wasted my money. This particular band was NOT supposed to even need an app to use. This band is a waste of time and money!! I'm kicking myself already!! If this would allow NO STARS that's what this band is!

It's stressful. Not sure if the right device connected. Can't connect to device. Can't set up email and password. I'm uninstalling this app
