I liked the watch a lot. The watch is very accurate. It was doing good until today. The watch froze. Nothing happens when I turn my wrist or when I hit the buttons. Can not access the system setting in the watch to reset it or turn it off. So I am going to let it die and go from there.

Constantly disconnecting from my phone I've had it for a while now but I don't think it's worth what I paid for it. I can't connect my Libra freestyle 2 plus app to it for my diabetes. Seems to be not disconnecting so much recently and is working better than before

This app runs my Zeblaze Stratus 4 and its has all things required to pair, Only issue I face is the loading of watch face is real slow or doesn't open at all shows blank page. Next It would have been better if we could reinstall software on watch in factory reset and option to see altimeter and barometer. If possible please add AI suggestion in health on dashboard it would help app stand out.

★★☆☆☆ The app is fine for basic fitness tracking, but the advertised GPX navigation is not ready. I've tested GPX routes from multiple standard sources, including Strata, and they either fail to import or import as 0.0 km. When they do transfer, navigation can start from a random location instead of the route start. The watch hardware is promising, but the GPX parser and navigation need serious work.

Very poor software, I claimed the Alligator smartwatch because it was not water-resistant as advertised. I received a new one, but was forced to reinstall the software otherwise watch would not connect. Even though I registered under the same name and password, my data were all gone. Terrible watch and software. Keep away!!!!!

Disconnects frequently. Also, won't consistently receive messages. Don't know if this a problem with the app or the Portal smartwatch. Update to previous ious review. Have tried app with ESF OE DM4-1B, and it has more problems than the Podeil. Disconnects frequently and will not sync automatically. And when it does sync step count is lower than that of the watch. Again, don't know if the problem is the app or the watch.
