The watch is great, the app rubbish. You have to have the app to make the watch function, and it requires so many unnecessary permissions to work. The instructions in the app to set it up hasn't been updated to the most recent versions of Android so are almost useless, and the app crashes and loses my health data regularly. I really do not understand why they can't simply make it work directly with Google Health, it syncs the data to it anyway, so just cut out the middle man.

The latest update has removed a very important and useful feature from the app. Previously, users could easily change the AOD (Always-On Display) watch face directly from the watch face list. This option has now been completely removed. I strongly urge the development team to restore the AOD watch face selection feature. Removing an existing customization option without providing an alternative is a significant downgrade to the user experience. AOD customization is an important part watch😭😭

Very poor software, I claimed the Alligator smartwatch because it was not water-resistant as advertised. I received a new one, but was forced to reinstall the software otherwise watch would not connect. Even though I registered under the same name and password, my data were all gone. Terrible watch and software. Keep away!!!!!
