I have been a DCU member for over 6 years and I have never had any of the issues that these negative reviews allege. I use the app daily without issues: fingerprint login, deposit checks, pay bills, initiate loans, check credit card transactions. The capabilities of this app are far beyond the app of most other credit unions and banks. Don't pay any attention to the negativity. Besides, what DCU is more about is the employees and members and the community and great rates and services.

Since the update to the online website, the app has become useless. The website uses a new username, and the app no longer recognizes the member number and doesn't allow you to put in the username. The online website is terrible, convoluted, and no longer gives access to important information. And the app no longer works at all. Horrible updates to the app and website.

I can no longer get into our account.. it doesn't accept our member # and we can't access letters to typecast our new user name.. ridiculous.

I can't log into the app from my phone! It refuses to acknowledge my password and will not accept any new password attempts!!!

You will never receive verification code to login into this app if you have Tmobile AT&T or their mvnos. Called DCU support for but no way they can solve it.
