Great Pod Cast Player! I have been using this app for a few years now, and it is fantastic. Once you set up the podcasts and a few details about when to download (Wi-Fi only, in my case) it works pretty much flawlessly. I usually tap the ellipsis in the bottom right corner and select episodes; from there I select the episode to play. Super easy!

After years of dealing with the skip issue, finally gave up and uninstalled. I wish they would have cared enough to fix it because it is an otherwise great app

Uninstalled itself and wiped queue and subscriptions. I'm not sure if I got a dodgy update or what, but Antenna Pod, my dozens of subscriptions, and hundreds of podcasts, were all wiped out. Nothing else wrong with the phone. BOOHOO! Usually when I reinstall an app, it remembers who I am. But not Antenna Pod. What a waste of my time.
