I love the app and the extra points, truly. But no matter what I do I always happen to see less coupons than others. Even widely advertised coupon days coupons that should be available for everyone don't appear to me. I don't know how to solve this problem, not gotten help in store either. I am less and less excited to keep ordering in bulks even though that's my favorite way to do so.

Unreliable Delivery - My Medication Never Arrived! This was my first time ordering medicine through the DM-Med app, and it was a complete disaster. I waited patiently, but the shipment was never delivered because they said it was "damaged during transit". As a patient who needs these meds, this unreliability is dangerous and frustrating. Avoid this app if you actually need your medication on time! 😡

Does not work properly with VPN. I use a permanent VPN on my mobile phone, and unfortunately it seems this app has recently chosen the path of combining tracking features with functional features, i.e. coupon activation or shopping does not work when VPN with basic tracking and ad blockers is active.

Can't seem to put the app in English, and it's disappointing even though it's a German shop they should at least have it in English because most people speak English very disappointed will have to make the trip while their those who order but if I don't know what I'm ordering doesn'ttake sense to order language barrer is very annoying
