Really good app, better than all trails, it runs a little behind in the USA though but now has caught up. The biggest problem with this app is the map place names. If your eyesight isn't the best wether your old or have sweat in them... Natter how hard you try you can't zoom into the place names on the map.... You see something, you can't read it (ie town name, street name) you can't zoom in to make it bigger. Yes the map zooms in but the writing or name of place stays the same size. Horrible

It doesn't work with GPS🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤷🏻 Always start my location from my VPN location🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻 Even if I press gps location button inside app. App itself already have all needed permissions to use gps location from phone....🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻

Horrible app, no human feedback about routes or ride rating. So no human feedback whatsoever. Rely totally on an algorithmic interpretation on whether a route is good or not. Not a good idea for the industry to go down.

I like the app. And I don't mind paying 5 euros for a week of hiking guidance. But there was never a confirmation of the subscription in the app. And now 3 months later I end up paying weekly for komoot costs I didn't know I had. I feel screwed over.

GPT suggested this app for quick hike planning. The app begged for money a lot, and after I managed to get a free trial hike with it, it led me to a closed gate leading to private territory. The route continued on, but I didn't dare to climb the barbed wire. Uninstalled it.
