*AVOID*AVOID*AVOID* 27/5/24 placed an order for Aramis aftershave 200ml. Total cost £40.45. 5/6/24 received a package only to discover that the contents consisted of 2 pieces of brown packaging paper and a 5ml sample of some floral perfume. Contacted customer services who told me that I had to take photos of the package. What the Hell for? I received an email with an attached PDF form to fill out, sign, and send it back along with the portfolio of photos of my empty box. No response! Nothing!!

Can not believe it I had a product in my basket and when I was still browsing the website that product had been paid for without my knowledge I checked my bank, and they have taken my money when I didn't even finish shopping and didn't check out now I'm waiting for a reply from them because ringing them doesn't work if I don't get a full refund I'm taking this matter further with trading standards absolute joke 😠😠😠

Changes your country, shows wrong prices, has to keep logging out and restarting app, Wrong number on app to call, and found this on email. VRI has lost my order and has no refund until the investigation. Well done, VRI, for another successful delivery 1 star for their issues, not VRI

App UK only : I downloaded the app and input my details, ordered just under €100 worth of stock. After the order had completed I noticed my address was incorrect UK instead of Irl. I tried everything but it would not change. I emailed the company to request that they change it for me. I was told my package has shipped and cannot be adjusted for me to contact they deliver company DHL. I had to email back to request a tracking number. As of today I still cannot locate my package with DHL.
