This app is a simple workout tracker at first glance, but has very detailed information available-from the reports to the workout descriptions and images, it's impressive for something that the developer has made fully open-source and self-hostable. The developer was very responsive for technical support and assisted in setup directly; not something you can say often! Hoping for the ability to import workout logs from CSV or other 'bulk import' functionality to make migration easier!
I really like the app, I strongly encourage the developers to keep working on it!

A complete dud. You can barely do anything in the app without errors popping up. Pity, because it seems pretty good when it does work. That just happens very seldom.

Last update broke my self-hosted connectivity. I updated my instance and the app, but still there is a connection error

This is your only option for self-hosting. With that being said, this app is clearly designed and developed by people who have never used any workout apps before. There are many broken features and design choices that will leave you scratching your head.
