This has to be the shittiest bank app ever. I have no issues with the layout, when it actually opens. It constantly closes randomly or encounters 'errors' when trying to log in. It is extremely unreliable and frustrating. ME Bank - please invest in fixing this!! Please!

This app does not work at all. Stuck on update. Going round in circles Update: May 2025. Still as useless as my previous review I left YEARS ago. Can't even log in half the times, have to fiddle for ages, just to log in. If my home loan wasn't with it, I would've ditched it ages ago. I can't believe this app. Go with ING. I log online and surely enough there is a message that they are experiencing difficulties and the internet banking isn't working for the past 3 hours on a Tuesday afternoon at 4

Terrible experience. Had to cancel and replace my card, but can't even access the cards tab via the app to activate. The app just crashes. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall, no difference. This seems like an ongoing issue for weeks and ME totally silent about the issue.
