I cannot open the card section or add cards to Google Wallet. I have uninstalled/reinstalled app without success

Terrible. Overtime I close the App it logs me out and I have to uninstall and re-install to be able to log back in. Very frustrating

Can't log in! Requires access code which wasn't set or given to me. Called the bank, the right app to use is Me Go. this is an old app, no longer to be used ☺️

Truly a terrible banking experience. Their chat feature logs out the app and stops sending notifications, so you have to suffer keeping your phone unlocked until an agent responds. Hours on hold with their phone line with no call back option or queue estimate time in freakin 2026. A lost transaction that can't seem to be located during their banking migration from one app to another. Like banking from 15 years ago. AVOID.
