Seems ok so far, the interface is reasonably intuitive. Can the developers check the compatibility with ColorOS on Oppo phones though. Having trouble completing the setting up of the app as the Postcode entry is covered by the next button.

They do everything possible to make banking as hard as possible. Why are they so phoning app dependent? I can't initiate live chat on my computer! How many "team members do they have? I've been on hold for over half an hour which is totally unacceptable! The bank is placing my overseas holiday in jeopardy. Not good at all. I could not get an authorization code to pay my air fare. After a lot of calls back and forth we find that the payment is still pending.

Cannot log in. Keeps advising Device Access Locked. Pathetic support. Called around six times to resolve the problem over nearly 2 months. No-one knows what to do. Just read the script and if it doesn't work, you get told to take the phone to an expert to "clean" it. I am an IT expert. Seriously considering switching banks due to poor support and no branches to complain too. Any complaints made via the website seem to go nowhere. One call to the bank had me on hold for over an hour!

I've had nearly 100 (and counting) notifications from the ME Go app re the 1st repayment to the Home loan since the transition. Over an hour on 13 15 63 to add a phone number that they requested. Time to close the account and leave ME Bank.
