Seems ok so far, the interface is reasonably intuitive. Can the developers check the compatibility with ColorOS on Oppo phones though. Having trouble completing the setting up of the app as the Postcode entry is covered by the next button.

The must-have app for travelers‼️ I adore the lack of international fees, the charity donations and the actual app - how everything is laid out makes it visually pleasing and easy to use. Customer service is also top-notch‼️‼️

App has locked out my account for the second time. After calling customer service, they told me to take my phone for a factory reset. They also decided to lock my account on ALL devices so now I can't access my money even on the PC. Avoid this app, and possibly ME bank in general.

3.5 rating is dubious. This app has been a pain since day 1. Now I am locked out. Solution offered? Factory reset phone. Did so on a second phone (locked out of both). Not a fix. It is the app nothing else. I use 2 other banking apps and they work seamlessly. STOP OUTSOURCING! You will go broke. Jumping to ship at first opportunity. Seriously, why make peoples lives difficult? Why tell people to factory reset their phone, call an I.T. expert or seek help from your telco? Disingenuous obstructors.
