Updated 13/09/26 Is there any possibility of allowing editing of the due date in the bill tracker? Seems ok so far, the interface is reasonably intuitive. Can the developers check the compatibility with ColorOS on Oppo phones though. Having trouble completing the setting up of the app as the Postcode entry is covered by the next button.

Cannot log in. Keeps advising Device Access Locked. Pathetic support. Called around six times to resolve the problem over nearly 2 months. No-one knows what to do. Just read the script and if it doesn't work, you get told to take the phone to an expert to "clean" it. I am an IT expert. Seriously considering switching banks due to poor support and no branches to complain too. Any complaints made via the website seem to go nowhere. One call to the bank had me on hold for over an hour!

I've had nearly 100 (and counting) notifications from the ME Go app re the 1st repayment to the Home loan since the transition. Over an hour on 13 15 63 to add a phone number that they requested. Time to close the account and leave ME Bank.

3.5 rating is dubious. This app has been a pain since day 1. Now I am locked out. Solution offered? Factory reset phone. Did so on a second phone (locked out of both). Not a fix. It is the app nothing else. I use 2 other banking apps and they work seamlessly. STOP OUTSOURCING! You will go broke. Jumping to ship at first opportunity. Seriously, why make peoples lives difficult? Why tell people to factory reset their phone, call an I.T. expert or seek help from your telco? Disingenuous obstructors.
