Am totally disappointed with the transition to the new ME app as we have not had any access to our bank accounts since transitioned on Saturday 25.10.2025, multiple phone call waiting on hold for over 1 1/2 hours only to be disconnected and have to call back. I tried to do a chat but cannot access accounts as they have been temp disabled message says to call 131563, am not happy with the whole situation. Do I have to reset up my auto transfers, would love to have someone call me, NOT WAITING

Much inferior product to the former internet banking experience, even on phone browser. Now internet banking is even worse than the app. I'd go elsewhere if I could. The app does include a "close account" feature that is not available by internet banking.
