I've had nearly 100 (and counting) notifications from the ME Go app re the 1st repayment to the Home loan since the transition. Over an hour on 13 15 63 to add a phone number that they requested. Time to close the account and leave ME Bank.

Am totally disappointed with the transition to the new ME app as we have not had any access to our bank accounts since transitioned on Saturday 25.10.2025, multiple phone call waiting on hold for over 1 1/2 hours only to be disconnected and have to call back. I tried to do a chat but cannot access accounts as they have been temp disabled message says to call 131563, am not happy with the whole situation. Do I have to reset up my auto transfers, would love to have someone call me, NOT WAITING

DON'T bank with ME!! The transition to the new 'ME Go' banking has been appalling & a massive inconvenience! I pay a set amount each week into my home loan, & this is now unable to be done due to this new 'system'. I've now been on the phone twice, with WELL over a one-hour wait each time, only to be told that if I'd like to continue these set payments, I need to call each time the interest rate changes to set it up, as my current set amount didn't just transition over with the new system.
