Simple app, primary use is checkout and check-in of vehicles. It doesn't offer much in terms of fleet management. I wish fleet vehicle info could be updated through Android app

I can not get into the app at all! I am the one who uses this app the most, 99% of the time and since this new version I can not get the app to open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, and still not working. Very frustrating for sure!!!! PLEASE FIX IT SOONER than LATER!!!! Thank you for reaching out to me so quickly. After following the instructions I got from Neil B. I was able to go through and fix the problem. I did give you a 5-star rating. Your promptness to get back to me was amazing!

With the new update I have to have the client fill out the contract on their phone, THEN again on my phone, before I can start contract, the best part of the app is not having strangers touch your phone, android OS

I asked when I started using Dealerware over a year ago if they can adapt in Android the scan the code so that I don't have to manually enter the loaner car number like IOS has. So much easier and faster whenever you get a bunch of cars back at once. I don't know why it can't and hasn't been done yet in any updates for Android app. Would be so greatly appreciated!!

Can not enter phone number. Frustrating. Slow, constant issues, very frustrating.

The last two updates have been really bad for iOS and Android. I use both at work and the updates were far below standard. When trying to look for a customer either by name or phone number it starts looking for them well before you're finished typing in the information. It takes about 4 or 5 tries to finally find a customer. Old clients can't be found either. You have to enter them as new ones. It's not very fast or intuitive.
