Terrible! Leads/Lists on their map rarely ever load. If you try to export after hours, when most newbies who work (me) do this. You can not export leads. Must wait till next day for your leads. Data is nowhere near accurate. Got foreclosures leads going to auction in 25 days from gov sites. That info not in their data. When uploading those leads for "free" skip tracing" 34% of the leads have no contact info. Waste of time and money. 5-star reviews come from free mail postcard credits.

Hot garbage 50% increase in price without notice then was told by tech support I needed a computer to cancel my subscription. Seriously? How can a technology company tell you that you must log from a computer to cancel my subscription, when I subscribed using my cell phone, back in 2022 that's just terrible and told me all I need to know. Also, tons of very old data scrapes. Too expensive there are much, much better more affordable options than deal machine if even needed just seach around.

Too Expensive & Tech Issues They'll continue to charge $50 increments on top of the $179 Pro plan if you're calling from dialer on a regular basis. Expect to pay over $300 per mos if you're using dialer on a somewhat regular basis. Also, I was unable to export leads since we had an unresolvable tech issue. There is No Phone Number for support. You must communicate via online chat only. Platform is very hard to use efficiently for organizing leads and calling. Learning curve is time-consuming!
