Pretty Surprised at the quality of this app due to the cost of my product. Bottom line it's amazing what it does for free, and the service is only like $3 a month or so for bottom tier which is plenty. Bravo to the developer 😁

All cameras seem to reset themselves at a certain time of the night. There is a blank black space during playback when it moves to a different position. This happens on 2 cameras I have and pay cloud service for. It therefore misses critical movement because of the change in position. Probably a software issue which happens every night. Got in touch with their support desk who cleared this problem remotely on all cameras so much better now. However, the cost of their cloud services is too much.

Has now given into unskippable ads! We're using the app with no issues for 3 months and then all of a sudden ads when you open it. Not too bad, you could skip after 5 seconds. Now another month later and you can't skip the 1-minute ad. you haven't even logged into see the cameras. No notice of ads coming, or a small paid no ads version. Just Ads you can't skip. Time to look for a less sell out camera

This is an absolute BS app. Ads and more Ads before you can view the camera. You have to subscribe for the cloud service to watch any footage of alarms. Do not be suckered in to buy the horrible camera with horrible app
