Excellent! I'm new to the app to arrange transport for my elderly mother. I can leave a message for the driver prior to pick up. Very confident she will be treated with care and compassion. Well done Dean ❤

Rubbish spp, useless, all the time states no car available, regardless of time or day, no way to book a taxi ahead.
★☆☆☆☆David Maughan· Jun 11, 2024
Just for clarity. This is easily the best taxi firm around. Drivers are always spot on, smart and ready for work. And cars are always immaculate. App frustrates though. Edit 11.06.2024 After improving the app over the last few years, it's now at it's most difficult to use and understand. Driver tracking doesn't usually work properly. Edit 26.08.2020 Since update, the app is not fit for purpose. Can't ever seem to find me a driver, although I can get one if I ring. One-star til its sorted ☹☹

Never prebook taxis never when u book it for. Prebooked a taxi and still waiting it's a joke. it's an utter joie prebooked a taxi an hour n half in advance and stioo waiting
★☆☆☆☆Graham S· Dec 12, 2023
Doesn't work. Booking said 2 minutes for a car with a journey estimate of £6. The card authorization was horrendously slow, asked for £8 rather than £6. Then we cancelled the booking after waiting almost 15 minutes for a car that should have been available in 2 minutes.
