The app is cool but my issue with them is that I have to alway ask for a new secret codes cause the previous code wouldn't open tge app. And even when I reset it, it still didn't open with the new one. Please can you try and solve this.

THIS APP IS A SCAM!!! I WROTE ABOUT A PROBLEM I'm FACING AND FOR ALMOST A WEEK CLAIRE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ME. AND I'm WONDERING WHY I EVEN TRIED. I'm SO DELETING THIS APP It's JUST A WASTE OF MY PRECIOUS TIME!!

She replies really, really late, and you probably don't need the reply anymore. So u end up not needing her opinion. This is not the first time...there was a time she took almost a week before I got a reply...now it's been almost a day and still no reply...so whatever she says now is no longer needed because I've gone ahead to do what I feel I should do. I really like claire because her opinions sometimes are great. U guys should really fix her answering speed
