Application keep freezing when every day I open, I ordered food I waited stupid 3 hours to get, No one call me and Now come at my place. Lately the app is unusable. It happened to me twice now that I complete an order only to find out later on that the order is not reaching Deek Duke. The 1st time it reached the center after 45 mins and the 2nd time it didn't go through at all. I had to call to followup and the person in charge the 2nd time kept insisting that I might have used Tomato to order and not this app which is not true. Anyway, I wished I had used Tomato app as it is 100% reliable.
