Amazing technology with great features. It took me awhile to figure out some of the settings and features as the app is super robust. There are many options for the clock face; the app explains medical terms. ECG and Sleep functions are truly remarkable. My sleep is often interrupted by Kong the Cat, so I am sleep-deprived and the app proves it. It's always gratifying when the app shows I actually had a decent night's rest. Bonus: This Smartwatch works without a monthly subscription.

It's a bit confusing and there are no instructions which means we learn by doing. Except for that, I'm impressed. The only negative is that the face seems dark. I can't seem to find a way to brighten it up. I also compared the data results to results from other testing devices, and I'm happy to say there has been very little difference. The convenience is not having to carry all those other testing instruments. I look forward to comparing it to my doctors' equipment.

Disconnects all the time. BP is not accurate either is the blood glucose or oxygen readings.

Same issues as several others listed. Won't stay connected. Difficult to reconnect. Accesses features It's denied access to. Data recorded isn't accurate and doesn't record some of it. The watch face keeps automatically changing. And right now the pages for the watch faces and switch settings is blank. The only way to "fix: glitches is to reset the factory settings which deletes EVERYTHING and doesn’t last. I've had to reset 4 times in less than 3 months. I can't afford to replace repeatedly.

The app finding hard to sync with the watch especially with the sleep data. And the notification language is still in Chinese. Please fix it and I will change my review.
