ADD-ONS – SEPARATELY OR TOGETHER
• Sound alarm: wakes you with a frequency ramp that starts quietly and slowly gets louder, with a singing bowl at the wake time. Multiple alarms on chosen days, full screen over the lock screen, works without headphones. “Wake me tomorrow” right where you set the sleep timer.
• Rhythm track: an audible beat for walking meditation, breath pacing or steady movement – fixed tempo, a multi-step program, or one cue per breath phase.

COURSES
• Evening calm: ten evenings, one plan for falling asleep. Each evening has its own session, growing longer and sinking lower, with a few lines about what is different that evening.
• Winding down: ten short breaks for the middle of the day, each one ending awake.
• Learning to sit: ten sittings with a singing bowl – it rings at the start, at every change and at the end, so you need no clock.
• At the threshold: ten nights for experienced listeners – falling asleep while staying aware, following a practice handed down over time.

SOUND PACKS
• Singing bowls: bowls that settle over your mix at uneven intervals and ring out slowly, in three families (brass, temple, crystal). Listen before you buy.

The first two sections come with the app and stay yours – no subscription, no ads, no account. Add-ons, courses and sound packs are separate one-time purchases through Google Play, each valid on all your devices with the same Google account. None of them is needed to use DeepWave.

NOTE
Binaural beats only arise when each ear hears its own tone – use headphones for them. Isochronic tones also work through the speaker. Whether binaural beats measurably improve sleep or concentration is not scientifically settled – studies reach different conclusions. DeepWave therefore promises no effect, is not a medical device and does not replace medical treatment.
