Delivery Direct is one of the best courier and parcel delivery apps I've used. The app is simple, easy to navigate, and the booking process takes only a few minutes. Their service is very, very bad. Don't use delivery app. Delivery partner is so rude to talk customer. Very bad Customer service. Worst experience

Worst delivery service delivery agent do not call and keep delaying your parcel until you cancel the order. Worst customer service to no where you can raise flag against the delivery agent

If anyone planning to use their curior service, then please do consider thinking 10 times and then go with some other Courier service provider (no joke, worst service ever) specially when you are from greater noida area, Thanks me later! They wasted my 1-month picking up one return order assigned by Amazon to them (had very bad order experience with Amazon because of them) - Bad customer support - bad feedback - unresponsive delivery agents Overall Worst Courier service Ever! Cursed experience
