Excellent customer service. I had an issue with my order and Deliver responded to my mail and called me right away and arranged a quick redelivery with the correct items. Deliveries are always on time, and it’s great to see more stores being added. I’d love an in-app tipping feature for drivers. One request: the Android app feels like a web wrapper—please consider a more native experience.

Most of the time food never gets here on time. The app barely functions the UI is horrible and if you have to ask for support good luck with that they are as useless as the app itself. Overall I would not recommend this at all to anyone you are better off just going somewhere and ordering on your own. oh and good luck trying to get your food on time they will never deliver it within the time frame they supposedly set

I placed an order through Deliver, paid online, and waited — only to discover the order was never even booked after 1 hour. No confirmation, no delivery, nothing. And now, instead of a simple refund, I’ve been told their finance team will do needful after 2 business days. This is beyond inconvenient. It’s unacceptable. If your system can’t reliably process orders or payments, you shouldn’t be taking people’s money. I’ll be warning others to stay far away from Deliver.

Do not recommend !!! I tried several times to order and could not!!! I tried to call them about the issue. No answer ! Following authentication via email several times, it just kept on showing : Session expired ! Get your bug fixed!
