We ordered a taxi for a specific time. Two drivers called me to say they are outside an hour and a half and an hour before the booked time. When the booked time arrived, the driver was 20 minutes away. Clearly this feature does not work or was not effectively explained to the drivers.

Not really the price they said before u give. You’re phone then the price changes. Sometimes u don't get a real taxi u get private car which is not legal

Unable to register. OTP never arrives, not through SMS nor WhatsApp. Fail.

I booked a trip at noon for 15:30, only to be informed at 15:35 that no driver was available. I also kept receiving repeated requests to update my booking, even after it was already done. Additionally, the fare fluctuated multiple times, and the driver deliberately took a longer route to increase the price shown on the app. Overall, I do not recommend this service. Try Yugo instead — even if it’s slightly more expensive, it offers a far smoother and more reliable experience.

Illegal and private car works with dodo. Illegal Minibus prices high as dodo take high commission
