Someone told you to "keep a diary of when it happens". You were handed a paper form, or nothing at all, and now the care review is on Thursday and you are trying to remember three weeks from memory.

Dementia Behavior Log is that diary, in two taps, on your phone.

WRITTEN IN CARER LANGUAGE The choices are worded the way you would say it — "was asked to do something (washing, dressing, medication)", "went along with what they believed" — not in clinical shorthand you would have to translate.

WHAT THIS APP IS NOT It is a record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, assess or stage anyone. It does not tell you what to try, and it cannot tell you why something happened — patterns in your log are counts of what you recorded, not explanations. It is not a substitute for the professionals involved in your relative's care, and anything you notice here belongs in a conversation with them.
