Dental Monitoring is a great app to use. Its instructions are the easiest to follow, and uploading scans are so quick and simple. Scanning in the form of an in-built game is just so fun. The app's texting feature, which allows me to chat with Medland Orthodontics anytime regarding any issues or concerns, is also incredible. Even the app's fortnightly scan reminders are greatly appreciated and helpful, as they keep me up-to-date. Love the app.

I had to interrupt a scan and when I went to continue the scan it no longer offers me the instructions of following the dots. Now it's just a video without telling me to bite down any dots, and it just takes random pictures even if you're not placing your teeth correctly. How can I change it back to the old format with the dots?

Hate this app. Most times it doesn't detect that I'm biting down! How hard does it need me to bite down to show that I'm biting down. If my molars are touching that's as far as I can go. Not my fault there are gaps. I'm wearing braces to help fix it so what am I supposed to do. Alot of times, the scan moves on its own. I like that it's showing before and after shots. But I wish it would give an option to show all the pictures together. The pics are also a bit blurry. Can only retake so much

While this app is very handy for monitoring your orthodontic treatment, the setup is a real pain. It appears that the scan pro device does not work with most phones. I have had 2 Androids and neither worked with the scan pro. Perhaps this was meant only for an Iphone. My photos keep getting rejected and for that I just have to give it a low rating. There really should be an Android attachment with this thing...
