No data but my profile was imported from the old app. Excluding the treatment time it's a really slow company. Your overall time until everything is finish will double or triple as steps such as scanning, printing and delivering takes them +2 months each

Doesn't work most of the time, although you spend thousands of dollars to be completely reliant on it. When it is functional, the app will tell you one thing while the staff tell you the complete opposite. Very frustrating. Not a user-friendly app.

The app keep crashing during scanning process. Also, logically you should allow the user to submit photos after 3, not 9. If whatever happens during the scan, the user is force to start again from the beginning. Please fix this

Most awful app experience and terrible UI. The customer service is not existent and keep denying they have an issue with the app - you only have to read a few of the most recent reviews, and you can see my frustrations. Don't use, ever Diamond White or Impress!
