The app is very simple and guides you taking the weekly pictures, so after the first week it normally takes only 5 minutes. You go through all the treatment without having to go back to the dentist and if you have issues they're quite responsive on the chat. Good job. A couple of suggestions on improvements: I'd like to keep the 3d scan link accessible from my profile. I'd like to be able to dismiss the ads to get the night final retainers. Thanks

Always being updated, and always being down. Unbelievable. The UX is good, but when the updates come to the conversation.... I am at the moment with photos to take, but I can't because the app doesn't open at all. My treatment is being late because of this

Quite bad the mirror camera doesn't work so to take the picture a real mirror is needed awful

The app keep crashing during scanning process. Also, logically you should allow the user to submit photos after 3, not 9. If whatever happens during the scan, the user is force to start again from the beginning. Please fix this
