So far so good, great fit, glad I can use the app for updates instead of going into the dentist. I looked at the last pair in the set and my teeth are straight, very excited

The reminders and tips are great. The app is super easy and fast to use, and you don't need to wait to see your dentist to know your progress.

Great that the app can remind my children to do their scans and alert me that they are due to scan too.

Every two weeks I get unreasonably angry trying to use this app to submit scans. Caution if you have a phone whose cameras and flash are lined up straight across the back of your phone. The active camera and flash will not be in the scan box at the same time, and you will have dark photos that get rejected. Also, there is no steady pace to the photos, so they come out blurry. It's a great idea, but they need options to switch active camera, or turn scan box, or update the list of compatible devices

4/15/26 Completed treatment about 5yrs ago. Had straight teeth before and only wanted my front gap closed, now my teeth are crooked and my bite is off. My dentist told me I will need traditional braces to correct what candid did, but until I can afford it I'm stuck having to wear the candid retainer. I just updated the app, and it won't even let me get past the term agreements. 6/12/20 So far it has been great. But this is also my first week using it, and I'm going to step 3 hopefully today.

The phone holder to take the scan doesn't work with non-iPhone device. I was repeatedly being told the scan doesn't look good, because I don't use an iPhone.
