Scan results response time should be a quicker, but the app & process is user-friendly. The actual scan process can be frustrating ar time, but it isn't bad. I'd rather take my time and do it myself at home than having to schedule an appt at my dentist, so they can do it.

Easy to use and most convenient. I recommend pro aligners to anyone in need of teeth straightened. Best part is the fact you can't see them at all and despite a brief soreness find them comfortable while wearing.

The camera attachment isn't made for my Android phone. Pixel 9. I was really looking forward to having my progress closely monitored. Apparently, Candid Pro Aligners aren't meant for anyone without an iPhone.

Every two weeks I get unreasonably angry trying to use this app to submit scans. Caution if you have a phone whose cameras and flash are lined up straight across the back of your phone. The active camera and flash will not be in the scan box at the same time, and you will have dark photos that get rejected. Also, there is no steady pace to the photos, so they come out blurry. It's a great idea, but they need options to switch active camera, or turn scan box, or update the list of compatible devices

I don't recommend candid. They never reached out to me and checked in I always had to call if I had a problem. And my goals were never meet My teeth never straightened. They dropped my account because my scans weren't loading.
