Great but crashing. I like all the features of the timer, reminders to change aligners. But once in a month the app starts crashing, and I can't open it. So I need to uninstall and install it again.

Does exactly what I need it to do. 1 star only because I can’t manually add missed tray-out time. If I forget to start the timer, there’s no way to log it later, which throws off my actual wear time.

This app is everything I assumed the Invisalign app should be. Thank you for providing a FREE resource that EVERY or tho/dentist should be recommending to patients. It has made everything so much easier, especially as the beginning when learning the new routine with trays, and is supporting my success with staying on track and myth busting through all the "advice" floating around the Internet. All features are excellent and work fluidly as predicted.

Placing previously long-time free features behind a pay wall all of a sudden is devious behavior. Would have considered paying for a subscription if genuinely new, innovative features were a part of it - but simply to access what has been free to access until now? No way. This decision was in bad taste, and judging by recent reviews, I am not the only user that believes so. This is not how you keep an app sustainable - this is how you push users to seek out a different service elsewhere.

It was great at the beginning, however, they recently changed all useful features to the paid version and made the free one horrible to use. Very often it does not give you an alarm to remind you to put the trays back on, the annoying ads, can't use widgets anymore. Everyone using this app is already paying thousands for the treatment, it's absurd to charge $94 for a lifetime purchase and $7/month, it adds up to the already expensive treatment.

Disappointed to see that the 'Not Wearing' timer is now unavailable unless you are paying for a subscription. It was very useful for tracking my aligner time. I advise you to find an alternative app, I'll be looking for a new one for the remainder of my aligner treatment. Edit: The 'Not Wearing' timer is the timer that shows when you mark you are not wearing the aligners.......
