This app is so annoying and poorly made everything I turn my head to take a photo it says it's not turned, and every time it takes a photo in days retake pls fix 4 months later: the developers have done a great job fixing the app and taking pictures i very eay now great job 👍 I retract my previous statement

This is by far one of the worst apps I have ever used. Every single time I have to take pictures when changing my trays it crashes and doesn't let me submit the photos, leading to me wasting 20-30 minutes of my time by having to take pictures and then retake them. 5000+ dollars for something my dentist deemed as more 'cosmetic' than necessary. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

Edit: removing a star because the app is even worse. The timer never worked properly, and now I submitted photos last week and had feedback in progress for days. I sent messages to my doctor, to support, nothing. Radio silence for a week. My photos for week 25 and 26 are both listed as week 25, and I got no feedback for week 30. So I guess it just broke. Almost 4k for it to not work and no one to respond to you. I regret ever getting Invisalign this way.

Useless. I find nothing of value with this app. All I wanted this app to do was remind me when to change to a new aligner, and it stopped even doing that! I'll use my calendar like normal people. And I'll take my own pictures to track my progress. It's just another app that I don't need.

Photo detection was pretty bad before the app update, but now I can't get the app to detect my open bite, and you can't turn off detection for that, so I haven't been able to take photos for the last few weeks. Please update!

The app keeps logging out by itself and doesn't remind me to change my aligners. I missed the schedule multiple times because of this...
