This app is so annoying and poorly made everything I turn my head to take a photo it says it's not turned, and every time it takes a photo in days retake pls fix 4 months later: the developers have done a great job fixing the app and taking pictures i very eay now great job 👍 I retract my previous statement

The app is unbelievably buggy, especially when it comes to taking progress pictures. Absolutely infuriating to try and take them at any point, having to retry a single picture dozens of times, and each attempt taking a minute to get right is just a massive waste of time. Please just allow me to manually take the photos. If they're bad, it's my problem, I'll handle it.

Ugh. Fix this app!!! Taking photos are such a pain. Takes forever to detect the back teeth or there are issues processing. A day late submitting photos? Throws off your entire aligner schedule. Terrible and frustrating. Cheeks hurt from pulling the retractors and retaking photos over and over.

I have to enter a pin to start or stop the aligners out timer, which displays the tutorial every single time. Sometimes, the timer is unable to start. Instead of editing the time of individual out sessions, you can only enter a total for the time in, which is never for the current day. It edits the previous day even when you select the correct one before hitting edit. The only way to correct a timer left running is to keep a separate journal and enter the total times later. Useless.

Edit: removing a star because the app is even worse. The timer never worked properly, and now I submitted photos last week and had feedback in progress for days. I sent messages to my doctor, to support, nothing. Radio silence for a week. My photos for week 25 and 26 are both listed as week 25, and I got no feedback for week 30. So I guess it just broke. Almost 4k for it to not work and no one to respond to you. I regret ever getting Invisalign this way.
