Pathetic exp: No real progress after 4 years of treatment. Teeth relapsed to original position within few days after aligners. Bad aligner quality—frequent breakage requiring repurchase. Booster aligners given without retainers, same bad results. Clinic staff unaware of visit reason, poor customer service, unresolved complaints despite repeated visits/calls. Now asked to pay extra for "fixed aligners" to correct their own failure, with no assurance of success unfair, given loss of trust and money

The worst experience I have faced jab baat payment ke hote hai they used to call us 24hrs call atte hi rahega jab hamare treatment ke baat ho toh koi response nahi denge call back b nahi aayenge I have taken the services for my gaps it's almost 2yrs but wo gap fulfill hi nahi huwa & again they're charging me phir se payment karo apko service milegi karke. Agar inko bar paise hi lene thy toh why they gave us surety koi useful nahi hai yeh toothsi bas paise lete hai

Toothsi me mat aao friends loot te bhi hai or kam bhi thik nahi hai ye jo payment lege use 20 percent me offline ho jayega dhundho aas pas par inpe believe mat karo mere 60000 bide hai or mere teeth ab bhi kharab hai itna kharch hone ke bad aapko satisfy nahi Milena yaha to bilkul mat toothsi me aao. Marketing valo ki bato me mat aao please
