App can be finicky. In addition to turning off VPN and putting phone in airplane mode, after emailing customer support (they emailed me back the same day), they suggested turning on permissions... Even though I gave all permissions when the app first loaded I found that "music and audio" was off. After allowing that my camera connected.

Real person. Not sure what people are doing for this to fail on them but oh well...lol bought the wireless version years ago but finally got around to using it. App works great on Samsung s23 ultra. Changed the default settings no problem even though it will only take numbers in the password field. The rotation icon rotates the picture and the chasing arrows at the bottom of the screen rotates the camera from front to side then to both.

Bought deps tech endoscope wf025 for something like $40. Complete waste of money as it does not work on any android phone I've tried it on. I'm not sure how this company is in business if they can't create a functional product.

You can only connect to the device with Wi-Fi or USB. My phone doesn't have a USB port. Does yours? The Wi-Fi connection does not work. It requires selecting 'stat connected' which has only popped up once in 59 attempts to connect. Guess I'll have to buy a USB-c to micro-USB cord. Deps tech fix this Wi-Fi connection setup. And why do I have to click a button that says 'disconnect' to connect. Stupid.
