If you have a Wi-Fi endoscope, READ THE DIRECTIONS and connect your phone or tablet to the Wi-Fi of your endoscope (in my case, WFE300_*****, just like the manual says!) in your phone/tablet's settings, NOT in the app. That means you won't have a Wi-Fi connection to the internet, because your phone/tablet is connected to your device instead. Then, when you open the app, it will already be connected, and will show you the video. Not the most functional app, but it does what it's supposed to and works fine.

You guys pushed a software update to the phone app and broke what was working just fine. No video anymore. The earlier version of the software worked flawlessly. 3.4.0 software + WF010 Camera is broken. Edit: phone updated and it works fine now.

The app works but when scanned by Norton mobile it reports that it may be an unwanted app that may affect your device's security, performance or behavior. Any words of wisdom to shine light on the issue? Security is number one now. ANY flag from security software needs investigation and reporting. Thinking about returning unit due to security flag. Samsung S-9 /SM-G960U Android 8.0.0 Norton mobile 1-star rating for the security flag. Multiple phones same issue

Don't update software - I mistakenly updated and nit I can't use the enderscope all I get is a black screen. Much like other users I now have a broken brick. C'MON DEPSTECH get your act together and fix the app!!

Just like another reviewer said... It stops working. I've tried disabling my regular internet Wi-Fi, reinstalling the app, and I'm positive I'm connected to the deps tech Wi-Fi. Still tells me it can't connect. Very frustrating. Edit. Ok. To get this to work I had to go to my phone's Wi-Fi settings and turn off "automatically switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data". Hope this helps someone else.
