When I used it for the first time and my email got hacked into it was a bit of a hassle to change, not that I'm blaming deputy for that, but that's just what happened but to be honest ever since I've been using it it's been really easy to use, very user-friendly log in doesn't require too much technical stuff, and it's not stressful at all. 5 stars.

It is very easy to use to love that I can see my whole schedule and see who I'm working with there are options to see if there is open availability for extra hours we're able to send messages as a group all around is great👍☺️

The new update has significantly impacted usability. Shift swaps are nearly impossible to complete, the search-by-name feature is not functioning properly, and claiming shifts is extremely slow. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience.

I did not receive the shift availability notification at the same time as others. Instead, I only received an email notification after the shift had already been picked up. Sometimes, I do not receive any shift notifications at all.

Deputy gives employers extensive control over timesheets, hours, leave, and payroll-related records while providing employees with limited transparency. Employees cannot easily verify all changes, access a complete audit trail, or view their full work history. This creates opportunities for disputes and potential abuse. A system affecting wages should provide permanent change logs, full historical access, and equal transparency for employees, not just management.
