The new update is better finally. I would've given it a 5 if not for asking for an otp when trading after I logged in with the fingerprint. Once you log in with your fingerprint, there should be no need for an otp for any action you do. The home screen is not loading too for some reason. The old app is still faster, so I will still use the old app.

It's the best investment app. One annoying thing. I have to receive OTP every time I click on transfer or buy a stock. It's annoying and wasting my time. Make an option in settings to unlock it with fingerprint.

I like this app because it helps me invest in the Global market without the hassle of depositing money to an international brokerage from KSA. But there needs to be a way inside the Defrayal app to update my Iqama and information, without calling customer care.

Too many redesigns and the latest update made the app very slow as now it takes few minutes just to load the overview. I also can no longer scroll to the bottom of my watch lists for some reason.

I feel the app has potential but, a lot of things don't make sense like requesting OTP for things like settings? Almost every tab requires OTP multiple times not just once. And there's no way to fund the portfolio with a card like Apple Pay in the iOS app it's disappointing...

They don't provide MT5 accounts, complicated registration process, many Saudi people don't recommend it, there is no withdrawal with wallet address (Cryptos), they live and work like if they are in 1980, I stopped at what I saw and at many people advices. Try other brokers in other countries, this current advice. Tell they became better. And solving technical issues and changing their process, not all symbols available with them
