I love having access to so many books and podcasts! I would have given a 5, but the audio has a weird glitch where it will sometimes skip past the first 30 or so seconds of the next chapter/podcast section when it completes the one I'm listening to.

I really love having access to this app. There are so many books that I have listened to and want to listen to. However, the user experience goes back and forth so frequently. One day everything works! Then an update will come and things stop working. I know glitches happen, but I wish I could more reliably go to the app and know that I'll be able to use it as expected. Currently, the search is faulty and frustrating, again.

I've been using this app for over a decade. But after the most recent "update" in May 2025, it's no longer worth the money. I requested assistance. I was told "click here"; "click there" blah blah blah. That was exactly what doing, and it still doesn't work. Totally ridiculous. Why "fix" something that wasn't broken? EDITED JUNE 13, 2026: It's been a year since my first review. The app is still not fixed. According to other reviews, I'm not the only one having issues with the bookmarks.

Fix this app! This app is so broken scrolling doesn't even work. When I try, it brings me right back up to the top. I can't access any of my purchased materials besides the ones at the top. Turning pages in the app is so bad that all it takes is two quick swipes, and it completely breaks. I cannot access most of my purchased content, and for the things that I can access, it is the biggest pain to actually read due to how bad the page turning is. This app needs to be fixed! Please fix it!
