I love this bank so far, and I love all the features it provides. The issue I'm having is that for some reason, the Belle portion of the app is a huge pain to deal with. I open the Belle tab and select 'Send' only to see an endless loading screen. I've had to tell people to send me a request to fulfill just to send them money because it almost never allows me to select a recipient from my end due to an infinite loading screen. If this isn't an app-wide issue, why is it happening to me?

Uninstalled app. Tried to reinstall and now says my phone is not compatible. I have a Moto G Stylus running on 11 and updates are current. I use mobile banking daily and this is frustrating. Called and spoke with Rep and was told it's not Desert Financial problem. Told to contact carrier. This doesn't sound right.

My account got hacked whatever you do not connect your account If you're shopping, whatever you do don't link from PayPal to this bank account PayPal card to your checking. Make sure if you use especially 3 party links to desert financial credit union. And using belle for transfers. They had a major break and breach. Not too long ago. Temu says talk to ur bank. Mecari SUPPOSEDLY IS SAFE. I sold 4 item threw macari, and then I went transfer it and for some reason the that it's my Bank.
