I love this bank so far, and I love all the features it provides. The issue I'm having is that for some reason, the Belle portion of the app is a huge pain to deal with. I open the Belle tab and select 'Send' only to see an endless loading screen. I've had to tell people to send me a request to fulfill just to send them money because it almost never allows me to select a recipient from my end due to an infinite loading screen. If this isn't an app-wide issue, why is it happening to me?

Poor app. Their update is poorly put together (from one who owned a financial service company), and the bank does not operate in real-time. You will wait for updates, and their app communication has taken two days to get a response for requests (some still not answered). I gave them a try, but will move my business elsewhere. I should have checked recent feedback ratings before I opened my accounts. Don't use their transfer to external accounts at all. In our sped up digital age, takes 5 days.

App push notifications just stopped working. Called support, and she had me make sure SMS was turned on. It was not (never changed this before). Turned it on, still no push notifications. Please fix this as I, and others, most likely, use this to know when a transaction POSTS through account. NOT PENDING as other financial institutions do. So now I have to log in multiple times a day to watch for fraud. PLEASE FIX THIS!.
